Question 1

What grooming services are typically included in a full pet grooming appointment at North Paw Grooming?

Accepted Answer

A full grooming appointment usually includes a bath, blow-dry, brush-out, haircut or trim if requested, nail care, ear cleaning, and a tidy-up around the face, paws, and sanitary areas. The exact service can vary by pet’s coat, breed, and condition, so the groomer may adjust the appointment to suit what your pet needs that day.

Question 2

Do your grooming services cover both basic maintenance and more detailed coat care?

Accepted Answer

Yes, services commonly range from basic maintenance such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming to more detailed coat care like de-shedding, dematting, and style trims. If a coat has heavier tangles or needs extra attention, the grooming plan is usually adapted to keep the session comfortable and appropriate for the pet.

Question 3

How is grooming pricing determined at North Paw Grooming?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is usually based on your pet's size, coat condition, breed, and the type of grooming requested. Extra time for matting, heavy shedding, or a very nervous pet can affect the final cost because it changes the amount of handling and work involved.

Question 4

Can I get a quote before booking, and are there extra fees?

Accepted Answer

Yes, quotes can often be given after a quick description of your pet and the grooming needs. Additional fees may apply if the coat needs extra de-matting, if there is significant shedding, or if special handling is required, so the final price may differ from a basic starting estimate.
